SimTech is seeking an entry-level Engineer/Scientist with hardware specialty to support simulation laboratories. Primary duties will include algorithm development and implementation on FPGA hardware. Duties will also include integration and testing of FPGA-based hardware in a simulation test facility. Strong candidates will have degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or Computer Science/Engineering and will be adept in programming in Xilinx or other FPGA-based programming language. Must also be experienced in C/C++ in a Linux environment, and in programming in Matlab. Strong candidates may also have experience in FPGA-based projects. The ability to obtain a security clearance is required. Some travel required.
Minimum Required Skills
1-2 years’ experience in FPGA programming. A strong background in Xilinx or other FPGA programming language; C++/Matlab.
Bachelors Degree in EE/Physics/Math/Computer Science
