SimTech is seeking an Engineer/Scientist with Simulation specialty to support digital simulation laboratories. Primary duties will include development, execution and analysis of Integrated Flight Simulations (IFS) with Six-Degree-of-Freedom (6DOF) and radar simulations. Duties will include developing, maintaining, and operating radar simulation software that generates physics-based scenes used to simulate missile sensors and environments. Strong candidates will have degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or Math and will be adept in programming in C/C++ in a Linux environment, and in programming in Matlab. Strong candidates must also have experience with IFS and 6DOF as applied to physics-based scene generation and sensor evaluation. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; preference to advanced degrees. Security clearance required.
Minimum Required Skills
6-10 years’ experience in Integrated Flight Simulation/6 Degree of Freedom modeling with RADAR modeling and RF sensor evaluation. A strong background in C++/Matlab.
