SimTech is seeking an Analyst with specialty in software configuration management and software V&V in a Windows environment. Applicant will support a very active team of engineers in a development and test environment that includes software and hardware design and test.Software builds for missile system must be configuration managed, tested, verified, validated and results documented. Five or more years’ experience with standard software configuration management tools for Windows environment required. Must have a full understanding of the configuration management process to support both a hardware and software environment and be able to define, implement and control the configuration management process in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work with systems engineers and SMEs to design software V&V test matrix, develop, and document test procedures. Utilize software-based configuration management tools to store, track, and manage configuration items. Excellent oral and written communications skills are required.
Minimum Required Skills
5+ years’ experience in software configuration management and software V&V supporting Windows environment. Qualified Candidates must have an active SECRET Clearance or higher.
Bachelor’s Degree in CS or relevant area
5 years software configuration management experience in Windows environment.
