SimTech is seeking an Engineer/Scientist with Simulation specialty to support digital simulations. Primary duties will include converting legacy simulation with medium fidelity airframe and a high fidelity autopilot to a C++ version and performing verification and validation of the simulation. Development, execution and analysis of simulations with Six-Degree-of-Freedom (6DOF) and sensor simulations. Strong candidates will have degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or Math, will be adept in programming in C/C++ in a Linux environment, and in programming in Matlab. Strong candidates must also have ten years’ experience with guidance and autopilot 6DOF simulations. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; preference to advanced degrees. Security clearance required.
Minimum Required Skills
6-10 years’ experience in Integrated Flight Simulation/6 Degree of Freedom modeling with RADAR modeling and RF sensor evaluation. A strong background in C++/Matlab.
Bachelor’s Degree in EE/Math/Physics/Computer Science
