The candidate will be part of a team performing analysis of HWIL architecture performance for BMDS Ground Tests (I, D, and X), Flight Tests (SPMT and SPFR) and special events (Fast events, CTVs).
The candidate will coordinate test data management activities for the MDA HWIL Analysis Team, execute data management tools to parse and process incoming test data, coordinate storage and delivery of MDA HWIL Analysis Team Products, develop and track data collection and processing metrics, and troubleshoot non-conforming data items and coordinate with event data manager(s) to resolve issues.
Minimum Required Skills
The successful candidate must be a self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment, works well within a team environment, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic productivity software operations skills (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc…) and basic experience with Linux are also required. Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency Test Data Management Processes and Procedures, Single Stimulation Framework (SSF) or Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) communications requirements, and a scripting language is desired.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology desired).
At least 4 years of related technical experience is required.
