SimTech was founded in Huntsville in 1983 on the belief that members of our SimTech family should be rewarded for their diligence and hard work. We accomplish this through a generous benefits structure, which includes ‘cash in the pocket.’ We also understand that the future of our employees rests in a well-funded retirement plan with a wide array of investments that are owned and wholly controlled by the employee. SimTech believes that corporate overhead should primarily be concentrated on benefits to our employees since our people are our greatest asset.
